Tebow enters game in 3rd quarter for Orton

In the third quarter of Denver's game vs San Diego, John Fox replaced Kyle Orton with Tim Tebow.

Orton had just 34 passing yards in the first half with one interception. Tebow started the second half after it was determined the switch was a coach's' decision.

Tebow ran for a 12 yard touchdown midway through the fourth quarter. He also hooked up with Knowshon Moreno for a 28 yard touchdown with three minutes remaining. He made the finish extremely interesting as he stormed the Broncos back into the game. He nearly won the game after driving down the field with a 30 yard pass falling incomplete in the endzone with no time left on the clock.

With a bye next week for the Broncos, all signs point to the Tim Tebow era beginning in Denver.
